Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Allwin Computers. By browsing, placing orders, or availing services, you agree to these Terms.
Products & Pricing
- Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary by batch or revision.
- Prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout; pricing may change without prior notice.
- Availability is subject to stock; we reserve the right to limit quantities.
Orders, Payment, and Delivery
- Orders are confirmed upon payment confirmation or acceptance for COD.
- We support UPI and COD. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics.
- Please inspect packages on delivery; report transit damage within 24 hours with photos.
Returns, Warranty & Support
- Brand warranties apply as per manufacturer terms. Keep original invoice and packaging where required.
- Returns/Exchanges are subject to inspection; software-activated and consumable items (e.g., toner) may be non-returnable once opened.
- We provide post-sales support and facilitate RMA where applicable.
Custom PCs & Assembly
- Builds are tested for stability and thermals. Overclocking, if requested, voids certain warranties.
- Thermal paste and cable management are performed as per best practices. Benchmark variances may occur.
Repairs & Diagnostics
- Please back up your data before submitting a device. We exercise care but are not responsible for data loss.
- Diagnostics may incur fees, adjustable against approved repairs.
- Uncollected devices after 60 days may attract storage fees; after 90 days they may be considered abandoned.
CCTV & Networking Installations
- Customer is responsible for lawful use and local compliance (e.g., consent and signage for CCTV).
- Site readiness (power, conduit, permissions) is the customer’s responsibility unless included in scope.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- AMC covers preventive maintenance and defined SLAs; consumables and third-party damages are excluded unless specified.
- Response and resolution times are best-effort unless otherwise contracted in writing.
User Accounts
- Google OAuth is used for login; you are responsible for securing your Google account.
- We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Allwin Computers or respective licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allwin Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Policy Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
